Let me begin to say I’ve never went through a staffing agency, I’ve only worked with them to hire my own people when I was at a Resort Director. The first day I had my interview with Worklink, I truly did not know what to expect. I initially thought I was applying with them, however that was not the case. THEY were helping me find the career that best suited my education and needs. I stressed that a work life balance is the goal that I’m after as I was transitioning my career path. A short couple weeks later, they called me saying they had an opportunity for me to interview. I had no idea where I was going but my gut told me to follow. Monica and Alyssia with Worklink staffing have been wonderful and transparent throughout the entire process and found me the perfect assignment.
