Let me begin to say I’ve never went through a staffing agency, I’ve only worked with them to hire my own people when I was at a Resort Director. The first day I had my interview with Worklink, I truly did not know what to expect. I initially thought I was applying with them, however that was not the case. THEY were helping me find the career that best suited my education and needs. I stressed that a work life balance is the goal that I’m after as I was transitioning my career path. A short couple weeks later, they called me saying they had an opportunity for me to interview. I had no idea where I was going but my gut told me to follow. Monica and Alyssia with Worklink staffing have been wonderful and transparent throughout the entire process and found me the perfect assignment. I have now been at my current job for 3 weeks and what a blessing it is to wake up wanting to go into a workplace that takes care of their people. It was exactly what I was looking for without the hassle of applying at several places with no call backs.

My experience with WorkLinkStaffing is good. I’ve been looking around for jobs for 2 months and couldn’t find anything! But thanks to WorkLinkStaffing as soon as I stepped foot into their office I applied for an administrative position and same day got a job offer! I was like that was fast! Amy kept me updated on everything and made sure I was ready for success, she’s really nice and gave me a great impression of the agency cares!
